Discover the original spirit of Cyprus. Stopping at Yeroskipou Village where you will visit a factory showing you how they make Cyprus delights and sugared almonds. You can also visit the village of Panayia where there is an old monastery dedicated to the Virgin Mary Chrysoroiatissa built in the 11th century. Experience the Cypriot coffee at a typical coffee shop in Polemi village, where you will also be shown the traditional loom and tablecloths made only in this village. Next is one of the most famous wine villages, Kathikas. On the return back you can stop at the viewpoint that looks over all of Paphos and Coral Bay.
Baths Of Aphrodite
Heading in the direction of the North coast of Paphos you stop at the monastery of St. Neopfytos, founded in the 12th century. Drive along the road looking at the vineyards and citrus plantations until you arrive at the small town of Polis where you can enjoy a drink in the lovely pedestrian square. Then continue to the Baths of Aphrodite. At this idyllic spot the Goddess of Love used to bathe, you have plenty of time to enjoy the wonderful nature trails and spectacular views. On the return you can stop at the fishing village of Latchi where you can enjoy a swim in the crystal clear water. As you return to your accommodation you pass through Kathikas and Peyia villages.
An opportunity to discover the legends and history of a very beautiful area. On route to Limassol you can visit Aphrodite’s Rock, where according to the legend the Goddess of Beauty and Love was born. You will also get to see the city of Kourion where you can visit the ancient theatre and House of Eustolius, with it’s fantastic mosaics. Before arriving in Limassol you can visit the 13th century Crusader Castle of Kolossi, founded by St. John. In Limassol you can visit one of the islands largest wineries, where you are able to sample and buy the products. Into the centre of Limassol you will be given time to have a look around the shops.
Nicosia is the capital city of Cyprus, the only divided Capital in the world. As you enter the old city of Nicosia you can visit the Cathedral of St. John, dating back to the 17th century, with its unique frescoes. You can also see the Venetian Walls, Famagusta Gate, Liberty Monument, the shopping centre of Nicosia and the picturesque old quarter of Laiki Yitonia. You will then visit Lefkara, a village famous for it lace.
Blue Lagoon-Glass bottom boat
Enjoy a 3-hour cruise along the Akamas coast line, stopping in the clear refreshing waters of the Blue Lagoon where you have an hour swimming and snorkelling. During this stop the crew will provide you with complimentary seasonal fruits, wine and juice!
